Just read on George R R Martin’s blog that he’s been in hospital with an E Coli infection. Sounds nasty – and scary: my first thought was that I hope Martin doesn’t become another Robert Jordan or Robert Holdstock. He says he’s on the mend. Hopefully, he’ll get his strength back and maybe even finish A Dance with Dragons sometime before the end of the century.
Get well soon, GRRM
